Outside

Since Monday morning I've basically been inside.  Airports, aeroplanes, Ubers, hotels, conference centres.  It's so hot here in Phoenix that any thought of an evening run has been quickly abandoned.  I had a later start today so I managed to get out for a run at 6am when it was only about 20°C!  It was great to get some sunshine and fresh(ish) air.

By late afternoon today it was 40°C - definitely not running weather for me!

Heading home tomorrow.
