Fly Mo!

Well worth the effort to stay up for the 10,000m. A well deserved victory that sees Mo Farah earn the title of Britain's greatest ever distance runner and there is surely more to come from this inspirational athlete?

Despite a late night, the woofer and I were in the park at silly o' clock practicing for our Olympic throw and retrieve event!! It may have been my imagination or the fact that it's a Sunday but there were definitely a LOT more runners out and about this morning after that sterling performance by the Japanese distance runners in yesterday's womens's marathon. Well done ladies :))
