Amelanchier

I looked out of the window this morning and saw that the amelanchier was in full bloom.. just like that! It is really beautiful just now. There is a wild pear that I can see from the end of the garden that is just pure white and all the hedgerows are white with blackthorn (sloe) blossom.. just lovely ! The Chestnut leaves are opening and the Ash are in full flower, birch tassels everywhere.. really lovely! 
I started today early with a meeting at the venue I am exhibiting at in May.. lots discussed and plans made.. now to get the pictures into their frames!
