Purple Haze...

This morning the sun was hitting the flowers given to me yesterday by Fiona and Janice resulting in a lovely pinky purple glow.  Blip fodder :-))

D was up early and after sorting the Tesco delivery, headed to Stirling to pick up the car.  Alloy all fixed.  Back in time for lunch then I got some bits and bobs done around the house before heading to the Gin Palace.

Spent a lovely couple of hours crocheting in the GP listening to Kirsty Young's podcast Young Again.  Today I listened to her interviewing comedian Sara Pascoe and actor Peter Capaldi.  Fabulous.  And her voice is so sublime, such a pleasure to listen to.  

The wheelchair engineer was here this morning to fix the footplates on Alan's chair.  This afternoon when he was out and about with Penny, the chair kept losing power so looks like a new battery may be needed.  Another call to the engineer tomorrow.

D called the shop about my external hard drive not letting me save anything to it and he was right, the formatting is wrong, so it will have to go back to the shop to be formatted correctly and the data transferred back on to it.  *rolls eyes*
