It’s strawberry time!

As I drive to my part time job this morning I saw the crews working in the strawberry fields. So I stopped at the market cart next to the field on the way home to get a gallon.

They are really juicy from the rain on Sunday and some are not particularly sweet. I think I will end up having to cut these up as they are really ripe and probably won’t last too long.

Looks like I need to get an angel food and a can of Redi Whip!
