Today is a rest day d so began with a few hours of lounging in front of the telly having breakfast, briefly interrupted by a man in a van delivering some more plasterboard for next week.

At noon I had an appointment to go to in Ashton which went well, and blip is some pretty petals on an old stone pavement enroute.

Whilst having lunch and getting yet another reminder to donate blood, it was a surprise to see some appointments free for late in the afternoon so I booked one. After not being able to last October due to the Tooth-Gate-Scandal and falling out of the habit, having a friend in hospital provided the motivation to dive back in. An hour later I was filling out the questionnaire before doing the deed.

Tomorrow is day shifts so early night required.
