A spring song
I'm not expert on warblers - or much else, really. I think, however, this is either a willow warbler or a wood warbler... I've tried some (spit) AI apps and that's what they've come up with.
After what I thought was a decent night's sleep, I woke up tired... had to take Janet's Audi to the car tech's for a sensor fix, and then dropped my glasses on the ground there and, getting home and having searched everywhere else, had to go back for them.
Inevitably, someone had driven over them.
However, after a slow morning the afternoon was lovely, and we walked through the nature reserve where I discovered this warbler singing its heart out. I'm loving the background as much as the bird!
Thanks for all your TT515 entries. I've had a tough time whittling them down to five heart-worthy winners, and for some reason all five are food and drink related. That wasn't intentional! Anyway, kudos to:
Fitzbilly with the smallest gin in the world
Jensphotos with the minute martini
Pinkhairedlady and her bone dry breakfast
Sk and a crisp cup of tea leaves
Technophobe with a parched porcini
Next Tuesday, something rough... TT516.
