Bulb Garden

A chilly start to the day although warmer temperatures are promised later this week.

I wanted to have meat for dinner. Thus it was I took Cecily down to the marketplace with Basil in tow to shop at Mr Twigg the butchers. His young helper carved off two substantial chops which I fried successfully  later. Then we went to the Coffee Cabin at The Flower Lady. I had a latte and a slice of lemon drizzle cake. Basil chose to be picky, but he was happy to meet Roo and I think Roo was pleased to see him.

Abbie is selling these platters of Spring Bulbs. Yours if you choose, for £25.
