Speckled wood

I met my Tai chi friend for coffee then went to the plant nursery and bought some plants plus a dwarf Lilac to go where I killed a broom over the winter. 
A walk into the village to the post office and library. There is still a cool wind and a nip in the air. 
Saw this on the window and my phone tells me it is a speckled wood!
