FIsh Sauce

I love Chinese supermarkets. The smell instantly takes me back to a trip to Hong Kong and I just think the packaging is fantastic- bright, covered in little characters and brilliant lettering. I went for some fish sauce and star anise this morning and unusually for me that's all I left with, I normally buy much more. Even the receipts are exotic, it's like I've been on a trip to the orient or is that just me wishful thinking?
