Feasting With Friends and Garlic

If you don't like garlic switch off now.

We had yellow peppers stuffed with brown basmati rice, pine nuts, sultanas and onions (and garlic). Extra rice was served on the side.

We had granary bread with roasted bulbs of garlic squeezed out on top.

We had a tomato and pomegranate salad, with a garlic, vinegar, pomegranate molasses and olive oil dressing.

We had babaganoush,(lots of garlic).

I think the only thing that didn't have garlic in was a butter bean and lime juice dip/pate, oh, and the baked apples that were for pudding.

...And the wafer thin mints! Thankfully no-one did a Mr Creosote.

We had a wonderful evening, we always have a good laugh and it is so nice to cook for people who love their grub.
