Forget-me-not
I visited my Mum this morning and although tired, she was looking relaxed, and was being feted by staff and residents alike, glad to see her back. Her favourite waiter brought her an extra large glass of sherry before lunch to celebrate her return. (I can't imagine why he is her favourite chap ...!).
I had a relaxing afternoon working in the garden with Peter tortoise assisting with the weeding (by munching the dandelions and bindweed.) The extra shows Gaz, our neighbours' cat "guarding " Peter's house.
In the lawn are tiny Forget-me-not flowers, often associated with dementia, which seemed a relevant subject for today.
