Plaza Concordia

Well, a day when I did no desk work at all! I intended to work in the afternoon, but when I called the hairdresser’s to make an appointment at lunchtime, they offered me one for 45 mins later. Given that I can walk there in around 25 mins, I took it.

In the morning I walked out to buy a few bits from a local supermarket, had a wee wander in the barrio, then came home and did some cooking. I cooked a dish that blipper Veronica recently blipped. I might blip it tomorrow when we have it for dinner. Bb had some for lunch when he came in (after I’d left for the hairdresser’s) and declared it a success, despite not having the yoghurt mix or lemon juice.

Bb and I met up late afternoon and had a wander and then came back to meet Pol at the house to get his advice and quotes on a few jobs we might get done around the house.

Then an earlyish dinner of quiche and beans before Bb headed out to a football match. I watched some of the interviews and plenary from the IATEFL conference taking place in Edinburgh this week. I’d half-planned to go, but decided we’d had too many trips recently.
