Sun up

Straight out this morning, determined to start the day with me-time and not extra- work-time. I walked up the hill just as the sun was popping up! Then down the other side to the harbour for two cups of tea and a sausage roll. 

It definitely helped, although the day itself was mega busy (with a gym session in the middle). I was engrossed in a creative project, and the office was deserted by the time I left. Popped in to see daughter J before finally getting home. Phew!
