Canal run

This shot was taken at 8:32 this morning, I had done my second run of the week and was on the way back. Next run will only be the first of week 3 on Couch to 5k but I am pleased to have got back to it and to be covering some different ground.

Home for breakfast before we headed to do a shop. And then Bailey and I sat in the top garden this afternoon while Dad weeded. I read my book and kept Bailey under surveillance. He has enjoyed the sunshine and having his (almost) freedom. Visiting again tonight and yet another awkward new arrival.
