Fluffy reeds … A back Blip

Today I painted our book case with off white French Chic paint, it will need a second coat, then I’ll do the Bureau/China cabinet.
I also went Aqua Aerobics - I love it.
However, I have terrible joint pain in my right hand and hips.
I’m reluctant to take anti inflammatory medication as it goes for my tummy.
I won’t let it stop me doing things though.
Frank went to physio and he can now leave the sling off - he played guitar for a short time. :-)
It’s been lovely and sunny all day much to Bella’s joy - she lay outdoors for hours!
