Shelduck

Very busy out at Machrihanish this afternoon with people taking advantage of the sunny weather.
Few seals about probably because of the number of people wandering about the beach and the rocky shores.
There were however a number of Shelducks about. This was causing the male swan a lot of consternation. The swans have started building a nest and he seemed to be very territorial and was chasing off the Shelducks with a lot of flapping wings.
