Kickass cocktail

Continued my rock and roll weekend by cleaning the fridge this morning. It is gleaming like new now - very pleasing. We got various other bits and pieces sorted today, too, including making a list of everything we need to pack for our wedding next weekend :)

Made a tasty tea of ginger glazed salmon with a mango and cucumber salsa, then after dinner made myself this delicious cocktail of puréed strawberries, vodka and ginger beer. Drank it while watching Kickass with Tim. Great film!
