Sourdough day

I made a sourdough starter from scratch a month or two ago, following guidance from my daughter, and it is now giving regularly good sourdough loaves, texture and taste amazing, and no additives of any kind, just flour, water and a little salt.

Having been made aware of the potential risks of UPF, I now check when buying bread.

There are now nearly no breads in the shops that are just bread, they are nearly all something else, check the labels... 
Anything more than five ingredients has to be questioned, is it UPF?  
What is your experience?

Always better to make your own :-)
