Flourish

After an early morning allotment trip we headed out to North berwick to have a walk and see what their festival is all about. We did that, and then 'found' the North Berwick Highland Games and couldn't resist.

Here's one of the competitors in the 'Drum Major Competition Flourish' - from the Royal Army of Oman. It's the one where you march and throw your baton about. In the background, the competitors in the heavy events.

Good fun, and a nice cider at the Spiegeltent, followed by a productive evening.
