No big deal!

Standing on Waterloo station, all of a sudden, big shouts and screams, man comes running past me, trips starts to fall and then is rugby tackled to the ground and handcuffed by a community police officer..

Hardly anyone blinks an eye, a few people have a look, most just carry on as if nothing is happening..

Bizarre!

That would make front page of news in Nailsworth!
