Cosmos and fungi

Tuesday 
A trip to the supermarket in the morning. Took a bag of books to the charity shop only to find they weren't accepting donations until Thursday. 

Later in the morning I tried my hand at free motion embroidery while Dennis went out for a ride on his bike.

Another afternoon spent in the garden. We emptied the compost bin and resited it at the very back of the garden. The fence panels are being replaced on Thursday, so we were getting the area around it clear ready for the work. Lots of bluebells and Japanese anemones growing along the border of where the fence stood, so cleared these away... for now 

The cosmos seeds which Norah planted haven't done very well. Some mini mushrooms have sprouted in the soil while we've been away.
