Support request

I was asked for help with the new mower during a call yesterday evening.
There is a diagram on the handle depicting the 3 step start up but picture 2 does not make it clear that you need to keep the button depressed while doing action 3.  Pa had forgotten this and I was unable to explain over the phone.  I have done a note for him to refer to which, hopefully, will help next time.  I spent my lunch break spectating as he cut the front lawn.  I think the handke could be positioned a little lower but the picture makes it appear much worse than it was.
He has finally agreed to have a hearing test too which, if he can be persuaded to use an aid, will help enormously.

Al has postponed my planned visit to his new home until next week.  I was looking forward to a proper catch up and  a spot of home envy but the change means that I can swim on Thursday now.  I am looking forward to that.
