Long Walk.

We took the girls to Harbour Town today.  Not my favourite shopping centre I must admit.

We were looking for some new gear for the girls to go walking/running in.  We didn't find any.

Later on, we went for a walk around the lake, it's about 4 km.

We started off walking and then Isabella bet me I couldn't run, so of course I did!  Well, only a little way.

That started them all running.

So off went Alexandra and the two girls with me trailing behind.

Mia didn't manage to run all the time, but she still did better than me.

Will be interesting to see how she goes in the Cross Country next term.
