Felling

Richard needed a bone density scan so a trip to Scarborough this morning. Fortunately our registration is on the system so no car parking charge. Thank you NHS as the number of hospital visits we make would soon add up.

Out to Dalby for a walk this afternoon. The nature reserve used to have a bank of conifers along the edge. These have now been felled opening up the view to the valley below. Lots of small birds tweeting in the branches. Good to have thee Merlin app to identify them as most were too well hidden to spot. Only one Peacock butterfly seen today. I think the cool breeze is having an effect.

Back home just some time available to do some work in the attic. Another visit to the charity shop is on the cards.
