Wild Garlic butter

I know it isn’t much to look at, but this Wild Garlic butter is seriously tasty!
Wild Garlic or Ramsons grows very well in the top woodland-ish corner of our garden, the only problem is it loves to romp right out of the woodland-ish corner and onto the rockery and flower borders, so every year I have to dig up loads of it just to keep it in check. So making Wild Garlic butter is a real win/win.
I put my Emperor Moth lure out today and managed to capture one male, so finger’s crossed that will be tomorrow’s blip.
