Food dude
Loving cooking these days, particularly making it up as I go along. For tonight’s supper I made an Eastern European inspired dish with aubergines, tomato and smoked paprika. This sat on a bed of spinach with sesame which in turn sat on a base of creamy mashed potatoes. To top it off I made a butterbean crémeux with lemon and pepper.
It went down very well. Clean plates.
Today I gardened, took several dozen books to the charity shop, did grandpa duty and performed sundry other household tasks.
Perhaps I should hire myself out … general factotum. …
