Milngavie Town Centre in Bloom

A Friend invited me to join her in Milngavie this morning.

The Town Centre area looked very nice in the Sunshine and "Milngavie in Bloom" 
It was 10am when I arrived and it was still cold at that time.
I had to take the Jacket and Hat off later when it warmed up.
