Hover fly in flight

Done for tiny Tuesday, does not fit today's theme though.
I have had a lovely day with my eldest, we went and did the Mindful mile 3 times around the Lincoln cathedral, the subject being well being with nature. We went to the restaurant  afterwards for a good lunch..
When I got home I sat in the garden with my big lens and managed to get the hover fly :-)
