Tiny ...............
.............. Tuesday515 (TT515) ....... hosted by Incredibish (thank you) with the optional challenge of " Something Dry ".
Day Five ...... WBBN? (but you already know!)
I decided to jump RIGHT out of the box and go with Islam.
A "dry" religion where alcohol is haram (forbidden) .... so "Something Dry" :o))
It also gives me the opportunity to make this 'Mosque Tuesday' and upload photos of some of the beautiful mosques in the Sultanahmet area where we are staying.
The main image is of the top of one of them - hugely zoomed-in on!!
. In the extras are:
1. Three different mosques - also showing some of the required ablutions (wudu) before prayer (centre)
2. Minarets from three different mosques
3. Two mosques at night.
I find Islam a very interesting religion and love hearing the Muezzins and their calls to prayer.
Our last full day today and it's been a chilly 9C - but bright with some sun. Way better than the day full of rain yesterday!!

For those that don't know, Istanbul is the only major city in the world that sits in both Europe and Asia - Istanbul's European part is separated from its Asian part by the Bosphorus strait, a 31-km-long waterway that connects the Black Sea with the Sea of Marmara, and forms a natural boundary between the two continents. In the past, Istanbul was known as Byzantium and also Constantinople.
