Arghhhhh

Spent six hours in the workshop today stripping a Sturmey Archer rear hub. Even my engineer cousin was impressed! My nails are black, and worst of all something is not right.

Resorting to technical drawings tonight and returning to the workshop tomorrow to try to resolve it, and all because I greedily wanted three gears and not just 3rd!!
