The Queen of Scotland

My Dear Princess and Dear Fellow,

Today Caro and me went to the hospital so she could have a review with her rheumatologist. I was so proud of her!

First of all, she drove all the way to Kenepuru in the company ute, then when she got there, the nurse and the consultant were really pleased with her progress.

AND I got this picture of a pūkeko! It's not great, I know. I have been in Aotearoa for over 7 years and I still haven't managed to get a good photo of one. And they are all over the place with their spindly little feet. 

I had quite a productive day but still no start date. I decided to tell my agent I was feeling "nervous" so she could tell Waka Kotahi that I was nervous and they COULD GET OFF THEIR EFFING &RSES. 

Anna the Agent was actually very nice. 

After this me and Caro had dinner and then the Princess called!

I couldn't immediately leave the room so Caro and the Princess had a big husband-mocking chat. They REALLY enjoyed it. 

And then the Princess told us that her eldest daughter recently encountered a woman who claimed to be the Queen of Scotland. Sensing the doubt, the woman produced AN OFFICIAL DOCUMENT. 

It was a Word document on her phone with her name and THE QUEEN OF SCOTLAND written underneath it. 

I'm unconvinced. I know who the REAL Queen of Scotland is.
