Cold, Windy and Wet Day

I had my GP's appointment this morning. She said I had concussion from the bang on my head with the rangehood last Tuesday when I was in Akaroa. There is still a lump there and sore to touch. She didn't think I had a bleed on the brain but she wanted to make sure seeing I am on blood thinners. And told me to rest.That's all I seem to do these days. Also not to drive at the moment. I have a new medication to take for the migraines. Do hope I don't have any bad side effects. 

I had the CT scan this afternoon and all was clear. Which was good. 

On my way to the GP clinic the storm arrived and it sure did rain and the strong winds just about blow me off the road. The wind was icy cold. There is fresh snow on the mountains. John said they didn't get the rain at our place. It has all cleared now and is a little warmer than the 8c earlier.
