Pushing the Limits
This is a view of the blooming dogwoods from our family room window.
This experiment was to see how slow a shutter speed I could use while hand-holding the camera. There was talk at the camera club about a formula that the lens length bears a relationship to that number. The rule is that the shutter speed should be no lower than the lens' focal length. I tried testing the rule and found I could capture sharp images at much slower shutter speeds than I knew. This is a game changer for me.
