After getting off the bus to work, I spotted a bumble bee on the sidewalk. I knew it would get run over or freeze if I left it there, so I picked it up and moved it to the tree line among the leaves. Covered it up and hoped it would make it.
I didn’t feel well, but I started working anyway. First, I said hello to the wild geranium I’d sown and look how much they’ve grown! :)
Then I started my chore, which is to bind gardening journals, like last year. This year will be a bit trickier, because the envelops I’m using for the covers have text on them. Most I can cut away, but some I need to cover up.
After a while I realised I needed to go home, so I did and will stay home tomorrow too. Hopefully I’ll be back to work on Thursday.
