Caffeine dance

Joe started early at work and had left his work gear in Edinburgh so I volunteered to take him in. I keep forgetting the long Covid/fatigue thing so, even though I’d had ten hours kip I was shattered. I’d messaged Ruby and arranged to meet her before heading home and realised I wasn’t going anywhere without a caffeine and sugar hit. After that, I drove us home and rang the GP. Got an appointment for the end of this month, not sure what they can tell me other than to grit my teeth but probably best to check. Spent the rest of the afternoon sat in the sun reading a book.
