Outdoor Cat

The other two cats are happy to go outside for a while, have a sniff around the garden, and then come back in to find a quiet place to sleep. Not Chaiyya though, she loves to stay in the garden as long as possible, disappear underneath some bush or hedge, and watch the birds. Thankfully, she’s a lousy huntress - she ignores the small songbirds anyway, and is clearly fascinated by pigeons.

We had another sunny, dry, and windy day. I worked until the early afternoon, then went grocery shopping and did chores. Poor P has broken a toe last week, so I‘m this household‘s only outdoor human at the moment…
