Just stop right there

Sometimes it feels like you’re having to deal with f*ckwits every moment of every day.
My tyre timeline:
27/3 took car to have new front tyres after arranging through Arval. No problems - previously I’d had a casual look at rears and they still seemed to have a couple of mm left on them. Puzzled that the tyre fitters hadn’t noted that inside edges were worn through.
F*ckwits number 1
1/4 took car in for service. BH Motors rang and said tyres badly worn and need replacing. They’d contact Arval for authorisation and they’d order in tyres to be done tomorrow by midday.
2/4 sauntered down to BH Motors at midday to be told Arval hadn’t responded to request. Why didn’t they phone me to indicate hold up? F*ckwits number 2.
3/4 BHM phoned me at 10:30 to say that they had rung Arval after a 40 hour wait and Arval said no you can’t fit them. F*ckwits number 3 orchestrated with f*ckwits number 2.
Drove car on dangerous or illegal tyres Friday through to Sunday. Meanwhile booked mobile Tyre fitters to do car initially told Monday then texted to say Wednesday any time between 9 and 5. This is a f*ckwits concerto.
Today drove to tyre place in Worcester to talk to a real person. He was a refreshing mix of intellect and action. He said tyres are way past it and he’d order new ones for this afternoon and took my contact details. I said I’d ring Arval to cancel Wednesday’s arrangements.
Rang Arval to cancel Wednesday. She asked why. I said I’d arranged it directly with the garage to get things moving today. She asked which garage. I told her (bit of a f*ckwit myself there) she said she’d put it on their system.
Got a text later from Arval saying my visit is scheduled for 2pm. Drove to depot for 2. Bloke behind counter said tyres haven’t been delivered yet and we will ring you when they come in.
Drove home and sent Arval a message basically telling them they are time-wasting f*ckwits and do not attempt to contact me any time soon.
