Sunday: Evidence

We had another wasted trip to the storage locker today.  This time, the person interested in the dining table and chairs did turn up but we couldn’t get access because our code didn’t work (despite this not being a problem previously and the unit ‘guaranteeing’ 24 hours access).  Luckily the other person was very understanding and we’ll try another day.  So that feels like slight progress. 

Here is evidence of my culinary activities today.  Until now I’d been doing more one-pot style but today I said I’d cook the roast dinner so I could practice timings. There was minimal supervision and apart from trying to initially grill the chicken, rather than roast it, and making stuffing enough for thousands because I didn’t appreciate how much it expands, it went relatively well.
