Trees

In the sunshine. We headed to town in the morning picked up some brake pads for the truck a food shop and breakfast and coffee at our favourite cafe. Then we chose 3 birch trees to collect sap from. Tapped them and there was immediate flow. We then enjoyed a cup of tea relaxing in 17c sunshine in the garden with the snow melting super rapidly.
