Dangerous

Sometime recently someone must have decided to warn the car and bike drivers that this section of the road is dangerous! Look at the density of those white posts. Normally they are 50m apart from each other, but in curves and tricky parts of a road closer. At each time you should be able to see at least 5 of those delineator posts.
Now it might be true that the road is a bit tricky, but since a couple of months the max. speed has been reduced from 100 to 70 km/h. And when people would be driving no faster than 70, it is no problem at all to drive up or down the hill. Even the roe deer (and boars) become less of a danger when they're crossing.
Perhaps they had an abundant number of spare posts?
