Sunday 6th April 2025

Before Christmas, our craft group made 18 sheep which were placed with businesses around the village. Families then had to complete a form with the names of the sheep and their locations. On Christmas Eve the sheep were gathered and we had a prize draw from the completed entries. 

Shawn the sheep got trapped in Pampered Pets shop over the Christmas/New Year break as the shop closed before he was rounded up. He was won by a young boy. However, when we rescued Shawn the boy's younger sister collected him and fell in love with him, claiming him for herself. Shawn has gone everywhere with her, she won't be separated. 

Mum asked if it was possible to get an identical Shawn for when she needed to wash the first one as the little girl wouldn't let go of him. Thankfully, the person who created the first one agreed to make a second one, despite it being one of the harder patterns. I took delivery of him today and need to hand him to the mother under cover.
