Gold

Went for a day out with my sister and brother-in-law to Lymington, summer holiday traffic isn't the best. Had a nice potter around and saw this, first time I've seen one of the gold post boxes. They don't look too bad.

I was well enough to go for my first bike ride in a couple of months. Felt quite hard, but my legs as well as the rest of my body have shrunk a bit over the summer. Really good just to get out and get some exercise in the sun. Beautiful countryside here and loads of tiny roads without any cars. Getting close to perfection. Just got to figure out how to take my SLR with me on my road bike now :)
