Pear blossom

Just over 20 years ago I bought a small pear tree from a supermarket in Inverness. The shop is long gone but I still have the tree. It is still small and has never produced a pear or blossom.
We do have a buyer for our house . This is the third time and I am hoping it will be successful this time. Foloh thinks we will probably not see a pear but we do have blossom.
