woke with either bad hayfever of sinusitis..after an antihistamine i realise it’s most likely sinusitis….and a bit of the other….

i was  ‘laying’ in my recliner and turned to look outside and saw a buzzard soaring…..i grabbed my phone and was able to get several shots…..this is the best one….no detail but the shape is recognisable…
still feeling rough so not sure if i’ll go to Elv and Gary….
