No more work for me; just time to close all those lovely newly painted shutters, lock the door and head off down town for a cafe con leche and a tarte de something or other. Because there are so few tourists about, the locals seem more visible, like this couple of gents enjoying a late morning glass of wine.
After that I had a brief chat with the owner of a new venture - a gin distillery has opened selling delightful 50cl bottles of overpriced hooch.
I do hope their business model isn’t over-reliant on exports to the US following Trump’s imposition of tariffs.
