Friday evening

Lovely swim after work, chats with Emma and Tracy. And before that lunch with Marie where I had no choice but to have fish and chips. We were sat outside at a beach restaurant and that was the only food they served there as they could do it as takeaway. Bloody lovely it was and v good to see Marie.
