Gordon is unable to run at the moment.  After years of keeping his finish time under 30 minutes, a few weeks ago, we walked together and took just over an hour.  I once imagined I might finish in under 30 minutes, took 33 and haven't seen a time starting with a 3 for years.

Dave is unable to run at the moment. Even though he knows that one day he may have to accept it, he is volunteering as he doesn't want a finish time beginning with a 3.    Having been at the first Maldon Prom parkrun, Chris completed her 25th. That equates to about 2 a year.

I walked with someone who had spotted all the walkers whilst watching her husband run last week and decided to walk herself this week.  I enjoyed our chat.  Afterwards we got coffee and toast in the zoo. Emma was having a meerkat encounter afterwards and Gordon and Yvonne were heading into town for breakfast.

I headed home and did a few chores.
