Late Afternoon Sunshine

I didn't wake up until 07:50 so had to dash to make the start line at  Greenfield Valley Parkrun some 9 miles away in Holywell.

I was a bit quicker than last week and completed the course in 28th position with a time of 28:17.

A walk up to the Village Market in Tremerchion late morning, did some jobs around the house this afternoon (breaking off for the Grand National to see my £5 bet return a 30 pence profit) and then a walk around the village in the sunshine at 17:30.
