Eyes down

Today we got the keys to the new shop. There’s still some work to be done before we can transfer our stock over but it gave us an opportunity to get the walls ready for painting, seal the windows and some general planning of how we will use the space.
Tonight we went to bingo with some friends. Modern bingo halls are so different to the good old days. Although you can play on paper cards you are encouraged to play on tablets supplied to you. You don’t even have to mark the numbers off if you set the tablet to autoplay. I strangely enjoyed the experience nevertheless and came close to winning £500, needing only one number.
